The products have unique and dexterous structure, and can realize conveniently many kinds of posture variation. They are applicable to emergency trolley under complicated situation, especially suitable for operation with ambulance. While landing stretcher, the height of the trolley can be adjusted according to six grades, the bed surface of the stretcher can be adjusted into anteversion or retroversion condition according to actual operation requirements. The bed back adopts locking type pneumatic spring support, and can be steplessly regulated within the range of 0-60 degrees. Configurate the front and back fixing frame, install the stretcher trolley in the appropriate position on the ambulance to lock the stretcher.
